Job description, responsibilities and duties

• Supporting IBM's customers, sales force and Business Partners from initial sales support through contract signing, invoicing and revenue collection
• Acceptance of HW and SW Maintenance Services contracts, modify contracts, cancellations, update inventory, invoicing and reporting activities
• Supporting customers, Business Partners and IBM counterparts in these countries
• Dealing with Technical Support Services queries

You should be a team player, able to work under stress with a sense for details. We appreciate proactive approach, assertiveness and good communication skills.
Dutch and English language is a must.
