Consulting and Sales Engineer - CNC Machine tools

We are expanding our Sales team and activities at the Slovak market. Primary responsibilities of Consulting and Sales engineer in Makino are to lead and manage all sales activities at the territory of  Slovakia and support all identified and selected sales opportunities in line with Makino's sales strategy. 

Main tasks of selected candidate will be: 

• overall responsibility for all sales activities in the assigned Region (Slovakia);
• to establish, develop and maintain business relationships with current customers and prospective customers in the assigned territory;
•  to look for new sales opportunities with the primary focus to the dedicated market segments, in line with the Makino Sales Strategy; 
• to select and pursue business opportunities to successful contracts in close co-operation with other Makino departments (international teams); 
• to support the sales process and ensure compliance with given negotiation mandates;
• to manage negotiations with customers and partners;
• to develop client analyses, competitive analyses, winning strategies and action plans for the open projects and ensure strategy implementation accordingly; 
• to identify and report on regional-specific market trends and ensure that project data are properly maintained and up-dated on a regular basis in Makino CRM system; 
• to represent in internal and external events such as fairs and exhibitions, customer events, Makino workshops, etc.; 
• to make telephone calls and in-person visits and presentations to existing and prospective customers; 
• to expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints; 
• to enhance the Customer Satisfaction.
