Job description, responsibilities and duties
An independent Aircraft Maintenance and Repair Organization outgrown from the Technical Department of Estonian Air in 2002.
Magnetic MRO is an EASA certified integrated MRO services provider, headquartered in Tallinn, Estonia, with multiple locations across Europe.
Company requires the service of a number of Part 66 B1 and/or B2 Licensed Engineers to carry out Base and Line maintenance duties at Magnetic MRO main facility in Tallinn, Estonia.
Scope of responsibilities:
- To carry out Base (mostly) and Line maintenance on a/c types B737CL, B737NG, A320Fam (CFM56 + V2500) or/and CRJ900 or/and SAAB340
- To ensure compliance with safety directives and application of safe work methods
- To perform tasks and complete all a/c maintenance documentation in a timely accurate and comprehensive manner Implements MMRO policies and procedures, etc.

- Valid EASA license B1 and/or B2 for either or all required aircraft types (B737CL, B737NG, A320Fam (CFM56+V2500) or/and CRJ900 or/and SAAB340
- At least 1 year line or base maintenance experience on the aircraft types required as licensed technician
- Current on required aircraft types
- Current Human Factory, Fuel Tank Safety L2 and EWIS
- Competency in all disciplines of aircraft maintenance
- Ability to perform extensive troubleshooting on their own
- Ability to read, write, fluently speak and understand the English language
- Ability to work alone and under pressure in a fast paced environment
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize workload
- Valid passport acceptable within any Europe country
- Basic Computer skills (MS office, word, outlook)
