Job description, responsibilities and duties
Main responsibilities:
• Follow up planned financial position.
• Prepare the Cash Flow Forecast.
• Monthly and year end reconciliations of receivables and payables.
• Responsible for cash collection, contact customers to ensure that invoices are paid on time.
• Monitor customer account details for non-payments, delayed payments and other irregularities
• Providing explanation of cash flow forecasted changes
• Responsible for factoring management
• Responsible for accruals
• Financial controlling
• Costing, control and analysis of material costs
• Inform Finance controller about actual status of costs
• Analysis of actual situation in comparison with budget or forecast.
• Prepare analysis or supporting documentation for Finance controller.
• Close cooperation with accounting team during the closing.
• Aplication of World Class Maufacturing strategy.
