- Excellent working knowledge of Object Orientated PHP and MVC frameworks (we primarily use Nette / Symfony)
- Strong understanding of relational databases, specifically MySQL
- You use tools like PHPUnit to automate testing
- You have no problem using Javascript, HTML, CSS, XML, and JSON
- You are comfortable using GIT version control
- Knowledge of Doctrine 2, MongoDB, Composer, Vagrant + Ansible a bonus
- Some knowledge of other server side languages even if it's only in your own time
- You take great pride in your work and have a strong sense of ownership
- Strong communicator, able to deliver and justify your design choices
