Job description, responsibilities and duties
Supporting the delivery of general accounting and intercompany services
Maintaining subsidiary accounts by verifying, allocating, and posting transactions
Balancing subsidiary accounts by reconciling entries and analyzing general ledger accounts
Reconciliation of general and subsidiary accounts receivable and accounts payable, bank accounts by gathering and balancing information
Conducting intercompany confirmations and monthly/quarterly reconciliations of intercompany accounts and interface systems to ensure integrity and accuracy
Maintaining asset register and preparing fixed asset depreciation and accruals
Maintaining accounting controls by following policies and procedures; complying with national and local financial legal requirements
Dealing with pan European Chartered Accountants, providing monthly trial balances, A/R – A/P monthly reports for local monthly/quarterly VAT filing.
