Print Solution & Project Manager

MAIN ACCOUNTABITIES

Driving force in realizing Lyreco Printing Solution (LPS) in Czech Republic, Austria, Slovakia and Hungary in B2B. Coordination of the set-up and deployment, as defined by the Lyreco Group. Provide sales support (training, coaching). Accountable for the delivery of the LPS service. Be the single point of contact, internal and external. Be the LPS project leader.

• Act as coach regarding the Printing Solution business and contracted sales related knowledge fields, leading to an effective and efficient knowledge transfer
• Responsible for the coordination and general knowledge building within the
sales division, regarding the printing services business
• Coach the sales reps on the level of consultative sales, contracted sales and
printing
• Invest in theoretical and practical knowledge in the field of printing services by
attending (internal and external) trainings and visiting exhibitions and seminars
• Provide consultancy regarding printing services, aimed at gaining customer trust
Team up with the sales reps to close Lyreco Print Services deals
• Coordinate the set-up of the end-user support structure, aimed at customer
satisfaction and building trust in Lyreco as a supplier of printing services
• Coordinate all (actual and future) LPS projects and manage the LPS propositions
Act as the Single Point Of Contact for the Lyreco Group LPS project leader
• Proactively propose possible improvements in the way of working (project
approach, quality of delivery, business processes, and procedures)
• Internal coordinator and contact person regarding sales deliverables, marketing
action, administration and IT related subjects

REQUIRED QUALIFICATION AND SKILLS

• Good knowledge of the printing services business, contracted sales and MS Project at the min. of 2 years
• Higher education level of thinking and acting, with clear and consolidated ability in Project Management is desirable
• All round IT knowledge is desirable and conceptual and analytical thinking
• Excellent management and communication abilities
• Personally focussed on taking own responsibility
• Professional working proficiency in English language both speaking and writing is must. Hungarian or German is in advantage
• Advanced level of Microsoft Office with focus on MS Excel
• Great attention to detail, high sense of responsibility and independent performance
• Motivated person who is willing to learn new things, travelling and ready for challenges
