• Administration support (sales reports, expense and car reports)
• Producing documents and presentations
• Other MD support activities

Travel & hotel arrangements
• Hotels & conference rooms booking
• Flight tickets arrangements
• Taxis management & coordination

Office management
• Office tidiness & cleanness
• Internal consumption management
• Screening telephone calls, enquires and requests
• Office improvement projects
• Liaising with suppliers and other staff

Reception management
• Management of Reception flow including reporting receptionists & part-timers
• Proper post mail arrangements

REQUIRED QUALIFICATION AND SKILLS

• At least 2-year experience in general office responsibilities and procedures.
• Knowledge of principles and practices of basic office management and organization.
• Active, high level verbal and writing English skills.
• Excellent ability to use a PC MS Office
• Multi-tasking, co-operative, fair and team player.
• Service and client-oriented.
• Self-motivated and natural, positive 'can-do' attitude.
