Quality Security and Sustainability Coordinator

Coordinator is responsible for company Quality, Security and Sustainability topics covering activities of Lyreco in Central Europe / Czech republic, Slovakia, Austria and Hungary / .

Ensures that Lyreco achieves improvements in its ongoing commitment to become a more sustainable responsible company.

This position operates cross-functionally, cooperation with all the different departments within the company, especially Marketing, Logistics, Sales & Human Resources.


Bratislava
Effective as of January 1st 2016, Pezinok


• Ensure the implementation, the applying and the effectiveness of the company policies and objectives
• Manage or coordinate the internal audits and internal auditors team
• Manage or coordinate external audits (ISO 9001 and 14001) with the certification bodies
• Manage customer satisfaction surveys and customer complains
• Ensure that the customer complaints are managed and solved efficiently
• Ensure the update of the quality system and the distribution of the documentation (policies, procedures...)
• Cooperation and communication with external partners such as external auditors, consultants, government authorities, suppliers
• Manage facilities management tasks dedicated to head office and warehouse
• Ensure that the company's Health&Safety policies are applied
• Manage, monitor and define Sustainable development activities and KPIs
• Other tasks & activities defined by manager


• Min 2-3 year of experience in Quality management
• Fluent English language plus Czech or Slovak is a must, German or Hungarian is advantage
• Project management, planning and organizational skills
• Detailed and highly structured personality
• Ability to monitor technological development and legal changes on Sustainable Development related items (e.g. environmental declarations, recycling laws)
• ISO standards knowledge (ISO 9001, IS0 14001) & Eco-Labels.
• Auditing skills (ISO 9001, ISO 14001)
