IT & E-commerce Manager

JOB SUMMARY

Senior management role with responsibilities covering 3 key areas – Information Technologies, E-Commerce and Sales support.
The IT & E-commerce Manager leads a team of 4 direct reports, delivering back office solutions for Administration-Distribution center and Sales force department in Central Europe containing 4 markets / Czech republic, Austria, Slovakia, Hungary/.

MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES

INFORMATION TECHNOLOGIES

- Ensuring availability of IT infrastructure and software IT tools to internal customers
- IT budget creation, plan and follow-up of capital and operating expenditures
- IT vendors management – contracts negotiations, setting up and monitoring of SLAs, tendering
- Incident management with suppliers or 2nd, 3rd level of support (troubleshooting and escalation, follow-up)
- Responsibility for implementation and enforcement of Group IT processes and procedures with local focus in Central Europe

E-COMMERCE

- Commercial support to Sales Force for requested customers‘ e-solutions / EDI, e-catalogues, marketplaces and Webshop / by managing projects, attending customer visits and delivering regular communication
- Monitoring of e-solutions available on the market place and liaising with third party suppliers to identify and recommend business opportunities
- Provide support to Group IT by participating in the development and testing of e-tools through working groups, translations and tests

SALES SUPPORT

- Coordinate and monitor various types of Sales support activities and communications in line with the commitments to Sales Force department (quality & respecting deadlines)
- Present and negotiate the team tasks and SLA (Service Level Agreement) to Sales teams, managers and other departments

PROFILE REQUIREMENTS

- At least 3 year-experience in IT / E-Commerce managerial role
- Solid team leadership experience
- High level computer skills & MS Office abilities
- Knowledge of computer network principles & Server administration
- Experience in customers‘ E-Commerce projects implementations, SAP experience is an advantage
- High interpersonal & communication skills
- Good time & work organization
- Solid project management skills
- Proactive customer oriented personality
- Fluent English plus Slovak or Czech language is a must
- German or Hungarian language as an advantage
