International accounts sales manager

In this role, you will be responsible for management and leadership of our international Key Account Managers team with the aim to manage and develop business of International and Local corporate customers in the central European region.


1) Team leadership and management of Key Account Managers in Czech republic / Slovakia / Hungary
2) Coordination of new international and local implementations
3) Full responsibility for existing corporate customers (international and key local customer's portfolio):
- Analysis and monitoring of customer spends
- Margin management
- Customer development
4) Regular visits of customers together with Key Account Managers
5) Reports management
6) Cooperation with other internal departments (Customer Service, Logistics, Marketing)
7) Regular communication with colleagues on regional and international level


• Minimum 3 year experience in sales or customer management role
• Fluent English (written and spoken); knowledge of Czech, Slovak or Hungarian language is an advantage
• Sales team leadership skills and experience
• Ability to identify and manage opportunities and risks within existing customer base
• Negotiation skills at a senior level
• Ability to present in a professional and stimulating way
• Ability to self organize and work in an effective and timely fashion
• Ability to work in a cost effective manner under the rules and procedures of the company
• Advanced PC user skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word …)
