Job description, responsibilities and duties

Basic Purpose:
Undertake all administration associated with the Supply and Transportation of wet products from contracted suppliers to the company's retail stores, Issuing Commercial Sales Invoices.

Key Activities:
o Process wet product and transportation invoices, ensuring they are accurate, comply with agreed contracts and ensure they are paid on time.
o Commercial Sales invoice processing and appropriate data maintenance in SAP
o Monitor the payment of invoices is made on time and ensure any agreed credit limits are maintained for commercial customers.
o Maintain all S&T records, monitoring product losses and analyzing the cause of losses.
o Monitor inventory levels, ensuring the process for maintaining stock at the stations is maintained so that stations do not run out of wet products.
o Coordinate fuel deliveries from Suppliers.
o Monitor stock levels at sites and at terminals

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

Secondary with school-leaving examination
Follow-up/Higher Professional Education
University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)

Personality requirements and skills

Requirements
o Advanced English, Hungarian is Advantage
o MS Office literacy, advanced knowledge of Excel
o SAP is a big advantage
o Previous experience in logistics administration
o Reliability, accuracy
o Detail orientation, stress resistance
