Job description, responsibilities and duties
For our European Team we are looking for a dynamic
Country/Cluster Manager Eastern Europe (m/f)
based either in Slovakia, Hungary or Czech Republic
Your tasks
-) Development of proper sales strategy for the countries Hungary, Slovakia and Czech Republic in cooperation with the Business Development Management and the Head of Sales Europe
-) Management of business over all sales channels (industry, dealers business, automotive sector)
-) Development of market-compliant and effective national projects in SK, HU & CZ to improve sales volume and increase margin
-) Monitor and influence in-country sales success on European level
-) Setup of solid customer relations with national key accounts as well as acquisition of new customers
-) Analysis of lubricants market and related competitors for the countries SK, CZ and HU
-) Organization of trainings and promotion activities for customers
-) Planning and implementation of appropriate sales processes and support of national marketing activities
-) Reporting in terms of sales figures, key accounts and national sales activities

-) Strategic thinking and a proactive mindset with a high amount of initiative
-) Accuracy and a good sense for figures
-) Excellent English and Slovakian or Hungarian or Czech language skills (C1) – written and oral
-) Driving License B (mandatory) and a high willingness to travel
