Application Technician Lubricants (m/f/d)

Your tasks as Application Technician Lubricants (m/f/d):

• Providing professional advice to our customers and sales staff on technical issues relating to lubricant specifications and applications
• Creation and maintenance of product data sheets and technical documentation
• Ongoing maintenance and updating of technical databases
• Provision of product-specific chemical/technical data to Marketing for the design of brochures, folders, etc.
• Creating and updating presentations and conducting internal and external training courses
• Processing product complaints together with Customer Service
• Participation in the area of labels and labelling projects
• Managing various organizational and administrative matters in the Technical Service department
