Job description, responsibilities and duties
* Your tasks:
* · As an SAP inhouse support consultant you are (predominantly remote) responsible for the SAP systems of our customers (e.g. incident solving, analysis and design of solutions, change requests, prototyping, maintenance, service requests, …)
* · You support customer onboarding by performing knowledge transfers onsite. During which you create documentation in system handbooks to share the acquired knowledge within your team.
* · A professional helpdesk system is used as the central instrument to effectively perform and document your services.
* · You will work in a flexible and efficient support team, with direct customer contact with occasional onsite visits to deepen your specific customer knowledge and relationship.
* · You support and guide colleagues with less experience, act as a mentor.

* · You have profound experience in SAP SD application consulting and customizing on a senior level
* · You have profound experience in another SAP module (e.g. LES)
* · Debugging knowledge and interface knowledge are preferred
* · You possess the ability to identify potentials for optimization and to complete complex tasks independently as well as to design blueprints and solutions to solve service requests, incidents and change requests
* · You are customer orientated and have good communication skills
* · You are fluent in German or English
