Information about the position
Job description, responsibilities and duties
- Initiates, generates and proposes a Project team structure and establishes, coordinates and follows-up all contractual and managerial relationships between the members of the Projects Team
- Supervises and coordinates the activities of Designers, Consultants and Contractors involved in the Project
- Prepares monthly reports regarding the costs and prevent and follow up forecasted budget overruns
- Manages the process in order that the Project’s technical and construction documentation and its implementation is in compliance with the legal requirements and the Project Manual, the budget and the delivery schedule
- Coordinates the procurement of works and services necessary for the Project’s finalization
- Negotiates on behalf of the Company and in strict consultation with the Cost Manager
- Oversees the Design process and monitor whether the deliverables are produced on time
- Monitors and coordinates all Designers’ activities regarding the Permit documentation including all necessary approvals, planners’ contacts with the authorities etc
- Notifies the relevant Authorities on the accomplishment of the stages of works necessary to be checked in accordance to the approved Project’s ‘key stages control
- Prepares and provides to the Company written progress reports (in English language) on a monthly basis for the duration of the Project
