Job description, responsibilities and duties
* Main tasks:
* Managing an international Service Desk team
* Lead operational work in Service Desk
* Coordinate staffing to ensure daily operation
* Ensure delivery of agreed services to customers
* Incident, request, problem and change handling
* Measure, forecast and monitor resources and activities within the function
* Report operational work and major incidents
* Process improvements and documentation of routines and procedures
* Act as escalation point
* Implementation of new system “Service Now”
* Transition to DBS IT
* Communication to users/customers
* Our expectations:
* Stabilization and upgrade of Office 365
* Manage personal changes in IT domains due to changes in HR Central
* IT security - vulnerability actions
* Migration of all user accounts and computers
* Change Service Desk system to Service Now
* ITIL adaption and improvement of incident and service request processes
* Plan, prepare and perform transition to DBS IT
