Job description, responsibilities and duties
* The candidate shall:
* - be responsible for plant operations including: MP&L, Quality, Hr, Finance, and IT.
* - establish 5-year business plan, annual budgets, and ensure targets
* - ensure plant progression
* - adopt continuous improvement within the workplace
* - plan and execute the concepts of lean manufacturing
* - identify business opportunities within the capabilities of plant and local area
* - drive and participate both ISO TS 16949 and ISO 14001 management review
* - take accountability for overall operations of the plant including customer's satisfaction, safety, quality etc.
