Job description, responsibilities and duties
- Drafting and reviewing contracts with customers, partners, suppliers and subconctractors as directed by the contract management
- Audit of contracts for their legal compliance and substantive / factual accuracy
- Enforcement of contractual claims by the contractor as prescribed by the contract management
- With spare capacity supporting the management in other legal and contract-related matters

- Experience with PPP projects is welcomed
- Fluent English language
