Job description, responsibilities and duties
* Consultancy tasks:
* Consulting our international customers in all project phases: Concepts, Prototype development, Implementation, Training and rollout
* Implementing of solutions based on Microsoft SharePoint (Version 2013 and O365)
* Consulting in the area of how to optimize infrastructure and processes of our customers based on SharePoint
* Consulting also in the area of authentification and access management
* Operations tasks:
* Management, Operating and Patching in 2nd Level Support of SharePoint onPremise, Hybrid and Cloudbased Solutions of our international customers
* Implement Solutions based on backend Applications SharePoint, Exchange, SQL Server and Cloud based Services Azure und Office 365
* Optimize operational tasks and customer solutions in a professional environment

* Independent self-directed introduction into new technologies and tools
* Analytical risks, abstraction ability and problem solving competence
* Expertise with other Microsoft backend systems e.g. Exchange, Skype4Business, ADFS
* Expertise in ITIL best practice
* English skills
