Information about the position

Job description, responsibilities and duties

- Being responsible for selection and recruiting new people based on requirements
from production and management
- Being responsible for new employee introduction (necessary administration, enter
personal data into the system, support entry within department (training needs,
safety, organizational issues...)
- Handling personnel files
- Keeping updated database of employees
- Daily checking of attendance
- Preparing administration for payroll
- Monthly reporting (attendance, list of sick employees, period of employment, overivew
of overtimes...)
- Preparing evaluation documents of all employees
- Updating organization chart, job descriptions, OHSAS procedures
- Preparing training plan and organizing trainings (intern. and extern.)
- Communicating and collaborating with accounting company and external authorities
- Reporting to the general manager

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

University education (Master's degree)

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2)

Personality requirements and skills

- University degree in a relevant specialization
- Professional experience on similar position within a production company
- Knowledge of Slovak labor code
- Fluent English language
- Very good communication and organizational skills, flexible, creative and stress
resistant personality
