Administrative support to the Management of the Company, Regional Director and other team members.
* Daily agenda - correspondence, bookings, copying and scanning documents
* Working with technical construction documentation
* Issuing orders and sorting invoices
* Answering calls, e-mail correspondence
* Ensuring of daily office run, handling office equipment (fax, copy machine, telephones), ordering office material
* Maintaining company Contact Database and keeping it up to date
* Distributing and processing of incoming mail
* Keeping co-workers presence lists and car evidence
* Other ad hoc tasks
