Information about the position
Job description, responsibilities and duties
* Overall responsibility for commercial and financial performance across the Project.
* Custodian of the Base Case Financial Model and Operating Financial Model.
* Identification of performance improvement initiatives to improve return on equity
* Compliance with all obligations under the finance documents.
* Liason with Banks and the Facility Agent, under the Finance Documents.
* Forecasting covenant ratios using the Operating Model.
* Liason with Auditors for Covenant Ratio testing.
* Advising cash available for distribution using the Operating Model.
* Cash flow management, including management of operating revenue and costs.
* Management of insurance matters, including renewals and claims.
* Participate in Board meetings and report on key financial matters and issues.
* Carry out regular financial reports on financial, accounting and tax matters to the Sponsors.
* Ensure compliance with regulatory financial and accounting standards.
* Ensure compliance with the requirements of the finance documents.
* Treasury management – coordinating the establishment and operation of Term Deposits for all bank accounts.
* Coordinate payroll and accounting firms that provide service to the company.
