Job description, responsibilities and duties

* The examination, monitoring and analysis of activities related to a company's operation, including its business structure, employee behaviour and information systems
* Analysing organizational risk and controls
* Reviewing compliance of the processes, financial and statistical data and information with laws, policies, procedures
* Verifying that all laws and regulations are upheld
* Providing the management with assurance that risks are mitigated and that the organizations corporate governance is strong and effective
* Making recommendations for enhancing processes, policies, and procedures
* The scope of internal auditing is broad and involve the efficiency of operations, IT controls, the reliability of financial reporting, deterring and detecting fraud, and compliance with laws and regulations.

Personality requirements and skills

* University degree in Finance
* BIG 4 experience /or similiar/ is highly appreciated
* Experience in audit 3-5 years
* Knowledge of governance, risk and compliance
* Very good knowledge of internal controls and understanding of financial statements
* Attention do detail
* Very good communication skills
* Strong analytical skills
* Ready to travel frequently
* Fluent in English language
