Job description, responsibilities and duties

* Monitoring the market and follow the target projects
* Preparing the price – documents for submission of bids
* Prepare cost estimation for whole objects or projects on base of self-performance-approach or sub-offersCollect offers from subcontractors and suppliers
* Prepare changes and analysis of the BoQ and price documents in projects during execution phase in line with the provisions of the Client and in case of changes of the works
* Cooperate with the project management team in preparation and maintenance of the working calculation
* Prepare all relevant documents and calculation in case of claims

Candidates with education suit the position

Secondary with school-leaving examination
University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)
Postgraduate (Doctorate)

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2) or German - Upper intermediate (B2)

Other knowledge

CENKROS - Advanced

Personality requirements and skills

* Experience in cost estimation and price calculation – min. 5 years
* Knowledge of relevant of methods and structures of price calculation, BoQ-structures, etc. for all relevant Slovakian public procurers (NDS, ZSR, SSC, etc.)
* Advanced user of Cenkros, knowledge of international calculation software (Auer, Itwo, etc.)Knowledge of relevant contract schemes (FIDIC)
* Knowledge of English or German language
* Active knowledge of Slovak language
