Information about the position
Job description, responsibilities and duties
* Managing the engineering team (process and maintenance engineers) and all technology activites
* Supporting TPM implementation and autonomous maintenance philosophy
* Defining and following-up the maintenance preventive plan, ensuring spare parts management
* Supervising industrialization of new products, supporting new projects in the terms of installation, maintenance and process
* Supporting processes, maintenance and breakdowns
* Ensuring continuity of production and machine expertise
* Continuous improvements process management
* Development of the team member (process and maintenance) skills including coaching and training process to reach the appropriate behaviour, technical level and their autonomy
* Taking decision concerning improving reliability and the productivity in production department
* Following evaluation of the standard times and ensuring that work instruction and process parameters are constantly updated and cover all needs

* University degree – Mechanical or Electrotechnical Engineering
* Fluent English language
* 5+ years experience with similar position within production (Engineering or Industrial Mng, Launch Manager etc.)
* Team leading experience
* Technical knowledge - mechanics, tooling and machine design, project management, production processes, technical documentation
* Automotive experience is a plus
* Leadership, excellent interpersonal skills, ability to create team working
* Excellent technical knowledge and experience in problem solving techniques
* Process & continuous improvement & result orientation, detail oriented, decisive
* Ability to take implement initiatives
* High level of energy, dynamic and self-driven
* Fluent English language
