Job description, responsibilities and duties
* responsible for the timely entry of all supplier and customer provided responses and requested
* responsible for documenting all customer and supplier contacts
* support the process of ensuring all supplier issues POs have been confirmed within expected timing
* perform delivery follow up services for all order lines
* identify and escalate or work to resolve root causes to reduce future workload
* identify and submit opportunities for process and system improvements to help control and reduce average cost per transaction and drive process efficiencies
* perform and assume other duties and responsibilities as required at the direction of management

* Confident in applying knowledge to problem solve with minimal support.
* Assertive in the pursuit to master new tools and processes.
