Information about the position
Job description, responsibilities and duties
* carry out trade marketing plans with the sales team based on brand plans
* plan and follow up listing with the sales team incl. planned volumes on NPDs
* stay up-to-date with market, consumers and competitors, analyse the market data, report market needs and field info to specific teams
* identify the gaps and opportunities and propose tailored made retailers´ solutions
* track market development and innitiate corrective actions if needed
* evaluate the promotions and Trade Marketing activities
* ensure trade marketing budget planning and follow-up
* reinforce brand image and brand visibility in stores
* plan and implement merchandising solutions for Point of sales
* create graphical design with creative agency for retailers´ leaflets and POS materials based
* cooperate with other departments and coordinate the parties to achieve business goals
* liaise with all internal departments and external partners

* 3 years of experience in trade marketing in a FMCG company in a similar position
* profound knowledge of SK retail market, particular retail channels / chains and retail trends
* knowledge of ACN, GfK, Focus data
* good knowledge of POS materials types per retailer
* polygraphic knowledge (CMYK, materials etc.)
* MS office
* good level of English
* proactive personality with strong goal orientation, very good analytical and communication skills
