Information about the position
Job description, responsibilities and duties
- hiring additional individuals and developing the skill set of the existing SME team
- developing and enhancing the teams skill set across foam, electrical, plastics, design for Six Sigma & Tolerance Calculations
- designing a robust engineering reporting metric system to monitor engineering tasks and quality output to European business units
- develop relationships with each BU to allow full integration of Plzen into program engineering deliverables
- ensuring allocation of work is distributed and tracked according to specific timing plans from European business units

- degree qualification in an engineering or technical discipline
- fluency in English communication (written and verbal)
