Information about the position
Job description, responsibilities and duties
* Administrative and oganizational support to CEO - calendar, projects, presentations, business travel
* Preparation of travel expenses in cooperation with finance department
* Communication to other branches of company and headquarter in Germany
* Communication with travel agencies to book flights, accomodations or anything for management of company
* Communication with company which provides security and health protection at work
* Organization of staff meetings and company team meeting
* Supporting organization of staff meetings in other CEE countries, writing minutes of SK staff meeting
* Responsibility for contact business cards and orders from online shop
* Organisation and coordination of company events, trade fair participation, organization of business meetings and teambuildings
* Administrative support to CFO of company
* Cooperation with financial department - orders, invoices check
* Searching for new suppliers according to request
* Mutual substitution with Office Administrator, reception and their supervising
* Communication and preparation of documentation for advisory/consulting companies
* Communication and cooperation with departments in Germany, responsibility for local intranet
* Support to HRM with HR administration - non-personal employee files, data update, work with HR systems, HR reports, responsibility for data protection
* Training organization, Law updates registrations
* Local statistics in the CEE countries, economic indicators follow up in CEE countries
* Evidence of contracts with customers and partners
