Job description, responsibilities and duties
* Prepare tender and contract documents, including bills of quantities with project team and /or the client
* Provide advice on contractual claims
* Identify, analyze and develop responses to commercial risks
* Maintain awareness of the different building contacts in current use
* Preparation of contacts, including details regarding quantities of required materials
* Allocating upcoming work to subcontractors
* Analyze outcomes and write detailed progress reports
* Ensure various processes in procurement and contract department
* Provide advice on contractual claims
