Job description, responsibilities and duties

- Providing administrative support of HR processes (adaptation, assessment, motivation and rewarding of employees)
- Responsibility for the entire agenda on staff( preparation of contracts and reports, medical checks, attendance)
- Recruiting of new employees
- Providing support for management of the company (organization of visits, business trips, check-ups of travel documents)
- Professional development agenda (providing internal and external trainings, completing of educational plans)

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

University education (Master's degree)

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2) or German - Upper intermediate (B2)

Personality requirements and skills

* Previous experience in Administration or Human Resources, preferably from production environment
* Active knowledge of English or German language is a must
