* Responsibility for implementation of economic and personal goals in Hungary
* Building, management and development of the region
* Responsibility for increasing sales, for the fulfillment of the business plan
* Direct management and performance management of leaders and their representatives
* Merchandising
* Monitoring and assessing of the implementation of set objectives
* Contributing to the recruitment, management, motivation, staff training and evaluation of employees
* Regular reporting of business results
* Traveling - Hungary

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

Secondary with school-leaving examination
Follow-up/Higher Professional Education
University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)
Postgraduate (Doctorate)

Hungarian - Upper intermediate (B2) and English - Upper intermediate (B2)

Personality requirements and skills

- Preferred for that position is a woman
- Previous experience for the position of Regional Director of retail at least one year
- Ability to motivate a team to achieve their goals
- Experience in merchandising
- Experience in recruiting
- Being familiar with fashion
- Hungarian fluent spoken and writen
- English fluent spoken and written
- Being energetic, ambitious, creative
- Strong personality and responsible approach
