* Assistance for commercial, production and financial team (compilation of bids, administration, office related supporting activities, organization of events, translation of documents, others)
* Support of cooperation between business units (Slovakia, Hungary, Czech Republic)
* Assistance for Executive director
* Making restaurant and accommodation reservations for employees and guests
* Provide the administration for business travel
* Copying, printing, scanning, archiving
* Registration of outgoing orders
* First contact point with IT system administrator
* Occasional translations of documents, emails; arrangement of official translations and communication with translation agencies
* Support of cooperation between business units (Slovakia, Hungary, Czech Republic)
* Assistance for Executive director
