Information about the position
Job description, responsibilities and duties
* Responsible for complete management of company in areas of business, economical, finance and control activities
* Representation of Managing Director in the cause of absence, statutory representative of the Company
* Responsibility for assembling a business plan and verification of documents for annual financial statements.
* Designs concepts of the company, takes care of the economic development of company, dynamically reacts to changes of business environment
* Supervision processes (Responsible for Controlling & Finance, Purchasing, HR and IT = 18 FTE)
* Responsibility for expenses related to quality and environment
* Reporting to Headquarter
* Contact person for external partner (e.g. Banks, leasing companies, tax office, safety inspector, etc.)
