Information about the position

Job description, responsibilities and duties

* management of recruitment activity across multiple business units
* co-ordination of the Performance Management process
* co-ordination and tracking of annual Salary Merit Increase (SMI)
* contribution to the successful implementation and ongoing reporting of HR metrics
* production of key management information (including detailed BU headcount reports)
* cooperation with HRBPs on implementation of policies and initiatives
* support the HRBPs with workforce planning activities on a global basis
* support unit specific business strategies
* sharing of proposals and outcomes
* improving of global HR tools and processes, providing cost effective global HR support
* contribution to the process improvement for cross-functional Workforce planning
* support development of International HR metrics/dashboard

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2)

Personality requirements and skills

* university degree
* fluent English
* minimum 5 years of experience in HR
* knowledge of Slovak Labour Code
* MS Office user, knowledge of HR Operating Systems
* strong communication skills
* flexibility to work across different time zones
* member of Chartered institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) or equivalent
* ability to work under pressure and meet the deadlines
* customer oriented professional
