* Animate & drive europe customers logistics community to excellence
* Support development of CS & SC Teams (inductions, trainings, animation of Best In Class Program
* Share and support Long Term Strategy objectives and priorities
* Develop individually each team member
* Strengthen your team to face its responsibilities
* Monitor logistics performance - KPI target definition (Service Level, Account Receivable, Claims)
* Instill Ad Hoc action plans when performance deteriorates
* Develop Logistics Support Team to be Key Users and Process Owners for OTC processes
* Lead or participate in Key customer projects and Logistics Policy
* Order Profile & Shipment profile optimization (service, costs, Sustainable development)
