Job description, responsibilities and duties
- Responsibility for overall accounting process in the company
- Preparation of accounting guidelines and methodology within accounting
- Closing process and correctness of financial statements (local, group and Solvency II)
- Reporting (local, group and Solvency II)
- Preparation, optimization and implementation of IT processes and systems in accounting (SAP, other systems)
- For being a contact/key person in communication with internal and external partners (auditors, advisors, Group methodology)
- Managing and development of the accounting team

- very good knowledge of requirements for Solvency II reporting
- experience in insurance business min. 3 years
- ability to lead and motivate team
- ability independently to decide and solve problems
- good communications skills
- stress resistance, high performance, flexibility
