* Knowledge of SQL language is a must (Oracle, MSSQL, SSIS)
* Oracle Administration is a plus
* Structured approach to analysis, design, coding and testing
* Experience with modern DMBMS systems and BI platform is a plus
* Change oriented, able to accept work with and manage an ever changing work environment
* Self-starter, able to take instruction and manage oneself for motivation and delivery
* Team player, works effectively within the team delivering own targets and supporting others
* Achiever, sets high personal standards and is goal oriented
* Highly proficient in spoken and written English
* German or any other language is a plus
* Stress resistant, able to work under and cope with pressure without unduly compromising delivery
