Information about the position

Job description, responsibilities and duties

- support operational and administrative HR activities
- personnel administration, coordination of on-boarding activities, responsible for contracts
- work with database, update information about employees
- cooperate with other employees and colleagues within HR department (in Slovakia or on international level)
- data reporting according to need of managers
- participation in projects

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

University education (Bachelor's degree)

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2)

Personality requirements and skills

- university degree
- fluent English
- minimum 3 years of experience in HR
- knowledge of Slovak Labour Code
- MS Office user
- strong communication skills
- ability to work under pressure and meet the deadlines
