Information about the position

Job description, responsibilities and duties

* In your new role, you will support the Global Template Management in:
* - Definition, documentation and roll out of criteria for end-to-end processes with focus on the Real Estate Management
* and/or Fleet Management functionalities, for example Contract Management, Rental Accounting, Energy Management,
* - Investment & Construction to enable shared services and standardization
* - Guidance of the processes & driving international process harmonization
* - Impact analysis of changes based on the defined criteria
* - Support international rollout (knowledge transfer on template)
* - Maintaining/adapting template processes (and documentation)
* - Close co-operation with other Template Process managers as well as with the Design authorities
* Your place of work is located in Bratislava, however, international travel (within Europe) is a necessity.

Personality requirements and skills

* If you have below knowledges and skills you are the right person. Then you don´t hesitate and contact us.
* - Good knowledge of SAP ERP landscape in a Real Estate Management and/or Fleet Management industry.
* - A minimum of 5 years in process management projects, with proven track-record on Real Estate Management and
* Fleet Management process standardization in the industry
* - Good project-management skills in an international environment
* - Provide good insights and expertise on best-case corporate practices in area of Real Estate Management and Fleet
* Management processes in similar business concerns in assisting the business in related functional areas of SAP
* - High communication and moderation-skills
* - Strong analytical and conceptual skills
* - A proven track-record of proactive, cooperative attitude to problem resolution
* - Fluent English
* - Workable or extendable German language skills would be a plus
* - Expert working knowledge on MS Office products (especially Excel, Access, Projects) and ideally ARIS process
* management tools
