Job description, responsibilities and duties
- Ensuring successful implementation throughout the entire organization of both the Environmental and the Quality Management System (System Assurance)
- Ensuring product and process changes are followed through by the appropriate planning process (APQP)
- Ensure that both Management Systems (ISO/TS 16949 and ISO14001) meet or exceed the customers’ expectations, the standards requirements, legal requirements and the needs of the company
- To ensure identification of all necessary records and documentation and their timely retention and subsequent disposal according customer and legal requirements
- Performing quality assessment
- Recruiting and maintaining quality standards
- Training employees on quality measures
- Pursuing self-development and training in current quality principles
- Coordinating and managing the implementation of new standards into practice
- Achieving zero defects in quality
- Detecting system failures and problems

- Fluent English and Slovak languages
- Knowledge and experience of the ISO16949 QMS & standards
- Knowledge of customer specific requirements (APQP, PPAP, PFMEA)
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the automotive industry
- Knowledge of tube metal forming (bending, end forming) and steel welding processes (resistance, MIG)
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Strong organizational and leadership skills
