Information about the position

Job description, responsibilities and duties

- processing & answering commercial (delivery times, backlogs, etc.) and technical enquiries (if necessary in consultation with technical departments) of existing and potential customers (phone & written)
- tracking of customer projects, receiving and forwarding of complaints
- returning of the examined parts to the customer, referring of prospects to representatives / branch offices, organizing and pre- / post-processing of customer visits, trade fair participation
- processing or order (scheduled, immediate and third-party orders), booking and adjusting of delivery schedules, tracking of orders / delivery schedules, creating of delivery notes, while active monitoring of deadlines
- preparation of export documents (invoice, P/I, packing lists, shipping orders, certificate of origin, etc.), applying for and obtaining export documents from third parties
- creation of credit and debit notes (bonus, commission, warranty, quantity and price differences, etc.) according to customer agreements and approved by supervisor
- preparation of proposals and tracking of offers, development of price proposals, price change proposals and price list revisions
- carrying out of analysis, creation of reports

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

Secondary with school-leaving examination
Follow-up/Higher Professional Education
University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)
Postgraduate (Doctorate)

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2) and German - Intermediate (B1)

Personality requirements and skills

- university education
- knowledge of MS Office
- fluent English and German language
- developed communication skills
- customer oriented attitude
- knowledge of SAP - advantage
