Information about the position
Job description, responsibilities and duties
- provides technical leadership, mentoring and coaching to assigned Lean Six Sigma Black Belts, Green Belts or other personnel as part of their project
- achieving annual goals set by company
- verifies that Lean methodologies and tools are being properly applied to projects
- cooperation with plant and regional leadership to ensure Continuous Improvement goals are being met
- deliver training and education for Lean Six Sigma Black Belts, Green Belts, supports and develops company training materials
- participate in process of company certification for Lean six sigma Black Belts
- lead or participate on various projects in cooperation with Lean Six Sigma Black Belts
- collaborates with managers, process owners and other Black Belts to develop training materials, workshops, tools or methods

University education (Master's degree)
Language skills
English - Upper intermediate (B2)
Personality requirements and skills
- university degree in technical field
- fluent English
- MBB Certified in Six Sigma, Lean
- experience in leadership position required (project or team leadership)
- willing to travel
- strong interest in manufacturing processes, quality improvements
- developed communication skills and problem-solving
- ability to work under pressure and meet the deadlines
