Job description, responsibilities and duties
* Responsible for the timely entry of all supplier and customer provided responses and requested. This includes but is not limited to supplier quote responses, requisition creation
* Responsible for documenting all customer and supplier contacts requiring follow up within the inquiry tool and resolving or escalating according to established guidelines
* Support the process of ensuring all supplier issues POs have been confirmed within expected timing
* Perform delivery follow up services for all order lines as they reach past due milestones. Identifies and either escalates or works to resolve root causes to reduce future workload
* Identifies and submits opportunities for process and system improvements to help control and reduce average cost per transaction and drive process efficiencies
* Performs and assumes other duties and responsibilities as required at the direction of management

* Ability to balance the need to proactively and aggressively manage interactions with the supply base while reacting to daily customer transactions
* Well organized and able to handle multiple tasks calmly and accurately
* Confident in applying knowledge to problem solve with minimal support
* Assertive in the pursuit to master new tools and processes
* Fluent Slovak, English and Polish language - a must
