Job description, responsibilities and duties

* Coordinating cash needs and position towards Headquarter
* Controlling each morning and afternoon all accounts
* Managing bank warranties
* Monitoring Payment Factory process
* Downloading daily bank accounts statement
* Monitoring proper use of Payment Factory
* Conducting daily bank reconciliation
* Conduct month end closing operation including Bank general ledger reconciliation

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

University education (Master's degree)

Educational Specialization

Bank Accounting or similar

Language skills

German - Upper intermediate (B2) and English - Beginner (A1)

Other knowledge

Microsoft Excel - Advanced
Microsoft Word - Advanced
Microsoft PowerPoint - Advanced
SAP - Advanced

Personality requirements and skills

* University degree in Bank Accounting or similar
* Minimum 8 years experience in the Financial and Accounting sector
* Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience as Bank or Treasury Manager
* Proficient in SAP (all accounting activities are done based on SAP)
* German language on proficiencyl level is a must
* Expert in understanding of business processes of Treasury and bank accounting
* Ability to deal with sensitive or confidential information
* Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate/manage staff
* Drives for results and deadlines, proactive attitude
* Planning & organizational skills to balance and prioritise tasks
