Information about the position

Job description, responsibilities and duties

* Administration agenda (presentations, post office, contracts, attendance, preparing data for monthly closing, reports, list of purchasing orders, invoicing, payments, documents evidence, archiving)
* HR agenda (employees personal folders and labour law documents administration, cooperation with HR Manager on regulations, recruitment, education processes…)
* Health & Safety at work agenda (cooperation with external company provider, regular trainings, regulations, documents)
* Daily attendance check by SAP system, providing payroll information by collecting time and attendance records
* Monthly reporting, attendance check and evidence, overtime status, business trips, team representation and fuel budget
* Employees care – attendance check and evidence, medical check ups, benefits, business trips, VISA process
* Preparation of events, company teambuldings, newsletter editions

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

University education (Master's degree)

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2)

Personality requirements and skills

* Education: University Degree or Secondary School with 2 – 3 years relevant experience in the field of HR/GA/admin ideally in multinational company, knowledge of legislation, knowledge of HR/GA processes
* Skills: excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Computer knowledge: MS Office, SAP is advantage
* Personality premises: Proactive, reliable and responsible personality with great organizational skills & result orientation
* English: spoken and written
