Information about the position
Job description, responsibilities and duties
* Take care of customer needs (daily contact to customers, make sure that all customer requests are taken care)
* Deal with Requests for Quotations and technical problems with customer and production
* Business to business - export sales
* Responsible of collecting forecast from customers and updating of forecast internally including reporting
* Responsible of customer order priorization in case of rush situations
* Co-operates together with production planning, PDM, quality and material department to be able to confirm customer buffers, forecast and orders
* Agrees and takes care that customer deliveries are leaving on time
* Follow up of FG stocks so that those are in agreed level including buffered items
* Prepare reguired reports and statements for the superiors
* Contribute to continuous improvement of customer service process

* Experience or understanding of sheet engineering industry would be benefit
