Information about the position
Job description, responsibilities and duties
* Production Shift leader - CNC and bottom department
* responsibility for smooth production process
* participation for setting and installation of production devices / from primary installation to start up the production/ (single-purposed machines and assembly machines base on PLC)
* being responsible for adjusting production lines and it´s continuous run
* organization of production process considering the project, compliance procedures
* cooperation with other department (quality, logistic, maintenance…)
* leading the team, training, motivation and evaluation subordinates
* collecting the processing the production data, mapping the production process
* control and improve production KPI´s
* responsibility for smooth production process
