Information about the position

Job description, responsibilities and duties

* To define Business Intelligence (BI) strategy and targets based on business needs
* To define, implement and manage BI processes, standards and templates
* To update BI tools, reports automatization based on business cases, regular effectivity evaluation of implemented BI tools
* Contact point for interal departments (to create communication channel BI vs. internal customer and vs. IT team)
* To manage business requests (recording, prioritizing, tracking), defining of standards
* To define automatic reporting using BI glossary, to create data source compatible with internal system
* To define standard reports, to be able to react active on ad hoc business requests
* Active metadata management
* People management, motivation, evaluation of team members
* To develop new Business Intelligence Competence Centre (BICC), to set & monitor KPI's

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)
Postgraduate (Doctorate)

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2)

Personality requirements and skills

* At least 5 years’ experience in Business Intelligence - a must
* People & process analyses, change management
* Budgeting, cost control, preparation of business case
* Knowledge of business processes
* Very good communication & negotiation skills
* Able to manage team, to argument and to lead projects
* Self-motivated, proactive, able to handle multiple tasks
* Very good analytical thinking, strong organisational skills
* Pro-client orientation
